What is QPS

The Quarterly Pulse Survey (QPS) is a statewide survey that gathers feedback on team members’ experience and perspectives. It allows us to ask the same questions at the same time to our entire workforce across all 17 executive agencies and the Attorney General’s Office.

The QPS provides insight into:

  • How we are working together
  • How we are moving on major initiatives
  • Where we can improve

QPS results allow us to:

  • Track trends on critical measures
  • Compare outcomes across and within our organization
  • Identify specific areas we are doing well and areas
    for improvement
